Call Centre

The Call Centre module has been designed to facilitate the ever-growing requirement to be able to integrate a Call Centre with your membership system.

The Unison Call Centre module allows you to record and maintain a history of all incoming/outgoing calls from your membership.

The basic structure for the Call Centre allows you to have multiple files within a call, which will allow you to group similar calls together.

The module has been designed to facilitate quick and easy data entry.

Further membership information is easily accessible via the hyperlinks available that can take you directly to all of the main membership functions.

Each call can contain an unlimited number of notes and action points for review with each note being stamped with the date and user created.

The Call Centre allows you to create non-members while keeping them separate from your members.

Conversion of non-members is made easy as Unison maintains all of the previously held information on the individual.

The Call Centre allows you to record an officer against each record for follow up.

When the officer is allocated a call, they will receive a notification task via your email client.

Internal notification for a call can be accomplished via the Call Centre Emailer that will copy all of the call information into the email body.

Integration with custom letters facilitates the ability to mail merge call centre information to send out to the individual.

There are a number of Call Centre reports that can be viewed in statistical or graphical forms.

The Call Centre Report allows you to generate lists of calls based on a number of criteria.
