The Composer Fund Administration System incorporates a multi tiered approach to process control or workflow management. Status control flags, routing and queuing facilities are provided as a standard feature of the Composer suite. This allows process oriented transaction management and is ideal for ensuring validation and correct compliance and quality assurance procedures have been followed.

In addition to this capability, Composer can be seamlessly integrated to production class workflow engines. This enables Composer operators to process from an in-box and predefined queues. This approach compliments the standard features in Composer by allowing powerful conditional processing and facilities such as escalation, deadline processing and prioritisation to be incorporated into transaction processing operations. At any time information is available regarding the current outstanding workload.
