InfoComp wins 2005 Telstra NSW Small Business Award

InfoComp wins 2005 Telstra NSW Small Business Award for businesses with between 50-100 employees.

2005 Telstra NSW Small Business Award the latest in a long history of awards for InfoComp

SYDNEY, July 12, 2005: Australian software developer, InfoComp has won the 2005 Telstra NSW Small Business Award for companies with between 50-100 employees  one of four major categories for the state-level awards.

Presented on July 8, 2005, the award continues a tradition of industry recognition at InfoComp.  In 2004, it won the IC&T award at the Integral Energy Illawarra Business Awards whilst in 1999 it won AusIndustrys NSW Innovation Business of the Year award sponsored by the NSW Government and Telstra.

Additionally, InfoComp was included in BRW's 100 Fastest Growing Australian Businesses in 2002 for the fourth consecutive year.

Robert DeDominicis, Chief Executive Officer of InfoComp said, Since 1988 InfoComp has grown to become a successful business with operations both here and overseas. We are delighted to be recognised for our teams work through the Telstra NSW Small Business Awards.

The Telstra NSW Small Business Awards provides a forum to recognise successful small business in NSW and presents a platform for participants to further promote their businesses whilst developing new business relationships.

By winning the 2005 Telstra NSW Small Business Award for companies with between 50-100 employees, InfoComp has qualified to compete in the national Telstra and Australian Governments Small Business Awards in Melbourne on August 13, 2005.  Winners of the state and national awards will share in a prize pool of $358,000.
 

While we are hopeful of being successful at a national level later this year in August, we are still very proud of our success at the state level and are grateful for the recognition, said Mr DeDominicis.
