Asteron stays composed

Software provider InfoComp has retained it's original customer, the financial services arm of Promina, Asteron, with a new contract signed last month. Asteron has used InfoComp's Composer program for it's fund administration platforms since 1999. Asteron was the first customer for Composer in 1999, when, under the Royal and Sun Alliance banner, the company used the software for it's Connelly Temple platforms.

General manager of wealth management at Asteron, Andrew Alcock, said "InfoComp and Composer remain an integral part of Asteron's strategic plans."

Other Composer and InfoComp clients include Credit Suisse, Perpetual (both of whom will or do use it on their new platform offerings), JPMorgan's unit registry operations, Merrill Lynch, Macquarie and Oasis.
